REFUND POLICY

PHYSICAL NFC CARDS

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you're not satisfied with your Ascend card, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Return:
- Card must be in original condition
- Original packaging preferred but not required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Defective Cards:
If your card is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

How to Request a Refund:
Email us at [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the card is defective

Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned card. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

NON-REFUNDABLE

- Cards that have been physically damaged by the customer
- Cards returned after 30 days
- Lost or stolen cards

DIGITAL APP

The Ascend app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases to refund.
