PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
United States:

TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status in your Shopify account.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement
P.O. BOXES
We can ship to P.O. boxes for standard shipping only. Expedited shipping requires a physical address.
